Thanks for your feedback around paper packaging. More sustainable packaging is something we are currently working on and expect to start trialing this year.

We're really pleased to let you know that you can now shop what the model is wearing with our new 'wear it with' recommendations on the product page.
'Wear it with' surfaces the items the model is wearing, or similar ones. It also suggests other items to create the look, like jewellery, sunglasses, or a bag.
While not all our products have it just yet (we're working on it), on many of our womens and mens apparel products we now suggest what to 'wear it with', helping you create outfit combinations.

We are making changes to the shooting process to avoid models blocking products with hands if it’s trousers or jeans. In addition, we are aiming to shoot a varied mix of products in chairs including dresses and skirts to support your needs.

Thanks for bringing to our attention some of the rude comments which we've now cleared.
Also it's a good point around receiving duplicate ideas for suggestions already captured. We encourage customers to find and upvote ideas that are already existing, but we can also do more to merge ideas and make it easier for customers to share ideas.
