Fix your awful postage/packaging! My expensive dress could be taken out of the unsealed parcel by anyone! Also was not delivered to address
Dress was in a clearly unsealed bag which AustPost staff brought to my attention as they were concerned items may have been taken out on it's journey. Also my beautiful dress was roughly wrapped, parcel was very slow to be delivered and was not delivered to my home, not even my local Post Office. It went to another Post Office which was not at all convenient and I had to take time off work to collect. Mostly was shocked that the bag was not even sealed properly and someone could have taken my dress! Cannot believe how bad this experience was, first and last time I'll be ordering with you! You've lost a customer over this!
