Really good site but have a few suggestions for improvement
better birthday voucher, I rarely feel inclined to use my birthday discount as I don’t think it is very different from waiting for a sale. Maybe 50% discount on any single item would be better. Store credit that can be saved up would also be pretty nice.
shoes with actual feet modelling them instead of just the product on a plain background, they are difficult to properly visualise otherwise
more models modelling lingerie
better photography lighting, I remember buying a pair of shoes that look silver but turned out to be mid grey.

MOre models wearing shoes!
I’m going to reiterate what a lot of people are saying here but please have actual models for your shoes! Especially the more expensive shoe brands like Steve Madden, Joseph, IRO etc.

Discounts held in account
Apply discounts directly to account instead of sending out "discount cards" with ordered items. It would be beneficial to have any applicable discounts automatically deducted going to check out.

Please stop showing items multiple times in a search
Whenever I do a search I am constantly seeing products pop up again and again on later pages. I'd like to see each one only once. Also, I'd like to see more items on a page, at least 100, without having to click 'next'.

Give out some freebies if we purchase over certain amount in one shop.
It would be cool to receive some gifts/freebies/presents for big purchases. Maybe some small things like a trending t-shirt, a make up bag, lip balm, sunnies, etc (little novelty things with practical use) Could be a cute little incentive for people to purchase more ;)

have an option of getting notification when my size on a product has been restocked.
On websites like asos, when your size isn't available for a certain product, you have the option to give your details (size and email address) and they will notify you once it has been restocked.

Enable customers to leave reviews on items purchased.
As part of the review, if you could have a scale where customers could rate whether items run small, true to size or large (especially with shoes).

Work on a points system for rewards
I wish that The Iconic would give points for each purchase (e.g. $10=1 point) and after 20 points (for example) you get a $20 voucher to spend!

SHOW ALL SHOES ON
Please have pictures of every shoe on models! Shoes look completely different off vs on - and sometimes not a "good" different 😅 And it's hard to tell just from photos of the shoe!

Better way to remove old shipping label so that bag can be reused for returns
When I received a bag from sportscraft, they had a separate removable piece that had the old shipping label on it. all I needed to do was remove the slip of paper inside and the old label was gone. The Iconic should implement this as your regular stick on label is very hard to remove and I end up taping a ton of masking tape over it.

Bring back 100 day free returns
Or at least make it 60 days, going from 100 to 30 is such a huge jump. The 100 day free return policy is what set The Iconic apart from every other retailer, and offered so much peace of mind when shopping online.

Bring in more high quality dresses and skirts that are actually approriate for professional jobs.
More Sandro, The East Order, By Johnny, and other unique yet high quality work appropriate clothing. Some of the clothing you claim to be work wear are not work appropriate at all. At least not in the professional world. Maybe as a clothing retailer or a waitress but not for a doctor.
Please get a model for Love Stories lingerie. They look so good in theory I want to see what they look like on an actual person.
