Hello,
I’d like to suggest a small improvement to the returns process. It would be really helpful if customers could combine items from multiple orders into a single return parcel, rather than needing to send and process separate satchels for each order.This change would not only make the process more convenient for customers but also significantly more economical for The ICONIC. For example, I recently returned six different items in one week — combining them into a single return would have saved around $50 in postage costs just from one customer. restock the items that are currently out of stock. In some cases, products are listed on the website for only a few days before becoming unavailable.

Wishlist labels
When looking at the wishlist, it would be amazing to see which saved items have been saved to a board. Otherwise I constantly have to go back and forth between the boards and the wishlist to make sure an item I've wishlisted had been added to a board

Add a filter for pockets in dresses and skirts
When browsing dresses currently, I can filter on length, sleeve type, neckline etc, but what I really want to know is if a dress or skirt has pockets. It would be an absolute game changer when searching for wearable dresses and skirts to be able to filter out all of those that don’t have pockets.

A filter to exclude items from search results
2 check boxes beside each filter item. 1 to include, 1 to exclude from your search results. For example: I will never wear Crocs - selecting exclude from the filter, shows me everything but Crocs without having to select every brand but Crocs in the filter. Or polo shirts. Will never want those in the results either.

Make sure all items have all filter categories applied
If items are missing filter categories, users are unable to find them easily. If you search for shoes with the filter 'black', not all black shoes show because some items are missing the colour category in their data

Reuse parcel packaging
Packaging for parcels should be reused several times.
With all the return packages The Iconic receives, there must be heaps of packaging that could be reused.
This would significantly reduce waste.
Those who want new packaging only could opt-out.

Add a filter option to find clothing that doesn't have brand logos on the clothing.

Marketing: Items You Might Like Based on Your Wishlist
A section with suggestions similar to the items on your wishlist would be a great option for quick browsing! Browsing clothes can sometimes get overwhelming when there are so many options, and having a smaller selection based on your preferences would be very helpful.
