Stock more eco-friendly brands + Have plastic-free courier bag -use home-compostable bags.
- Stock brands that are made from recycle materials, you already have some such as Patagonia, which is great.
- I would recommend having more education on your site about this, clothing is fast industry with a significant negative environmental impact.
- Stocks brands that are made with fair-trade principles/practises.
- Educate about sustainability
- Be plastic free business- choose home-compostable option instead.
- Have a section of second hand clothes - to encourage more sustainable clothing/fashion.

It would be great if we had some sort of mute button for brands we aren’t interested in
Please The Iconic, make it so that we can mute brands we aren’t interested in. This would help make it easier to see what we like and also new brands without having to keep going to the ‘view my brands’ tab. Because when I don’t like a certain style of clothes I usually end up not liking what the entire brand has to offer.

Express shipping again, as that was the reason i shop on this website.
Express shipping was the reason that I used to order from iconic, but now it takes 3 working days to arrive.
I would buy more often if you would offer free Express shipping.

Put more focus on good quality and sustainable brands, and less on poor quality and cheap brands.
It's frustrating that a lot of the focus is on Atmos&here, Dazie, Dorothy Perkins, Cotton On etc. as these are very cheap and poor quality. It would be great to be able to filter these out easily.

Stock more of the sizes that go quickly I.e. M and L
Every time I go to get something in my size it is often gone and the S AND XS sizes are always there.

Due to the whole COVID 19 thing, return slips should be included in the bag!
This is to prevent people who do not have excess to printers from having to go all the way to a post office and pull out their phones having close contact. All they need to do s to stick the return slip on and post it at a post box near by! Also please extend returns.
