Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.
Within every package, there is always a piece of card/paper that says "Thank you for shopping with us". Why not print the shipping label on the back of the card??
Also provide tick boxes on the same card allowing the customer to choose which item to return for refund or 110% store credit.

    Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback about printing the return label and including it in the package. This is something we’re testing to make our customers life a bit easier. We’ll let you know when we have more to share.
Thanks again for your feedback it’s super valuable to us.

Louise Cottell commented If this was on the same sheet as the packing slip then it would be such a saver for people without a good printer or close post office.

commentedNo this is such a waste of paper, ink, etc. Your returns process if one of the few things I think is perfect and wouldn’t change at all.

commentedI received a faulty dress and you DO NOT have access to return lable or even your live chat has no access to send a message . No window that says "Send" . where is your communication here with customers that get stuck with the faulty dress that you need to receive back not before a month. Is this a tricky way of getting rid of fault items ? avoiding to ring me even after I sent you my telephone No. NEVER EVER again anything from Iconic.

commentedI have an issue with returns, I went to return a dress followed all the prompts and then found I had no ink in my printer. The website said to go to the post office and they could print out a label. I have not been able to get the post offices in my area where I live to do this. I know have a dress which arrived 1 week late and no way to return it. Your website does not give an alternative address, I would even pay for the shipping if I could find it.

commentedI agree with others that this is a waste of paper. But also just don’t see how this would work given each return label generated is postage paid with a unique tracking number which would be an expensive exercise for orders where no return is required.

commentedhmm, personally for me I don't have access to a printer and auspost is 45 min away so I think it will be useful cause I can just stick the label on and put it in the red mailbox nearby

commentedI probably only return 1 in 5 purchases so I feel like this is a waste of paper.

commentedI agree with the comments that it is bad for the environment. I also believe that it would be unfair to ask iconic to increase costs associated with every parcel, while it it would be completely unnecessary for successful purchases.

commentedAgree with the comments that think this is unnecessary. As people have mentioned, you don’t need access to a printer as auspost will print a sticker for you.. you don’t even need sticky tape! The returns process is perfect! Spend your time and resources improving other aspects of your business =)

Emma Kate commented Aust Post print labels already when you show the barcode. I think this is sufficient. And a great service! Saves paper as well.

commentedI don't agree with this. It's a waste of paper. Print the return label when you actually need it .

commentedI agree with some of the comments below, it's bad for the environment with all the orders The Iconic sends out to print off paper for every order just to make it "easier" for some people. Just go to the post office with your barcode and they scan and print it and stick it to your return package, it doesn't cost anything and it literallly takes a minute. The return process is easy enough as is why waste resources. If it is really too hard for some people to do this than maybe when ordering have an option they can select to get a card sent to them, otherwise it is a huge waste of paper. Also as much as it's lovely that businesses including The Iconic want to put thank you cards in the orders it is also a waste, we get the thank you email in our confirmation, people just throw those cards out anyway. Most people prefer their "thank you's" with discount codes or sales, so why bother with cards, save your environmental footprint.

commentedAgainst this, let the lazy customers figure out if they want to return it first before prompting them. Your return setup is great as is. Tick boxes, forget it, we are dealing online! Sheesh talk about lazy.

commentedGreat idea, however this would put The Iconic in a bad position for environmental footprint. A lot of large companies have been under the spotlight around their product packaging. For many orders, this would be a waste of cardboard across the 1000s of orders they received daily.
