  2. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!

  3. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    sometimes clothes are repeated on the page too, when you are looking at new arrivals...once is enough.lt takes too long to go through them all otherwise
