I do agree with some people saying 30 is enough but cutting it from 100 days to 60 days would be better. I think 60 days would be good since some times I buy gifts before a special occasion because I see a good deal and having that extra time till the person receive the gift and have an option of returning if they don't like it would be nice.

From seller point of view, even 30 days is too generous.
You buy something, you don't like it, return right away. Why wait 1 or 3 month?

And why should returns be free?

As a customer, you should understand that all of those perks are incorporated into price. You want free shipping and free returns for a long time? It will cost you....

30 days is great. If its a big issue 60 days should be a fair middle mark.. Just like someone said how long do you need to decide whether or not you want to keep the item which can then cause more problems like you forget or you "will do it tomorrow" then before you know it 100 days has slipped by and your stuck with it. 1 month is plenty of time

Yes it was great, I usuallydo one big shop for each season and shop from other sellers than choose which items I want so it would help with the waiting time of the other deliveries. Also great for when it’s in between seasons and your weight fluctuates.

30 days I think is pretty good tbh (honestly how long does one need to decide if you like a product or it fits right?) - Deliveries are SO quick (my last order arrived at 10am after placing the order at 9pm the night before, and I'm outside Sydney metro)
Perhaps extended returns over the christmas period though (eg Nov&Dec orders get double the return timeframe)? Or indicating 'gift purchases' for more freedom to exchange/return?

30 is definitely too short around Christmas when trying to buy as gifts!

I loved the 100 days!!! Now Im not as likely to purchase items in advanced for events and birthdays knowing I cant return after 30 days. Was always an intensive to buy through the Iconic

100 days is perfect or at least 60! Particularly around Christmas.

Totally agree, 30 days is way too short. Sixty is acceptable but 100 shows goodwill.
