    30 days is great. If its a big issue 60 days should be a fair middle mark.. Just like someone said how long do you need to decide whether or not you want to keep the item which can then cause more problems like you forget or you "will do it tomorrow" then before you know it 100 days has slipped by and your stuck with it. 1 month is plenty of time

  9. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.
