It would be great if we could encourage customers to write reviews about each item purchased and upload a picture. Clothing often looks very different on a real, everyday person than on a model!!
Would recommend that this be built into the rewards program as an added incentive!
I am sick of buying and returning even if I don't need to pay for the postage, the review would help!
I would love to be able to give feedback on products ive purchased, rate them 1-5 stars etc. And to be able to see others experiences with a product also, so i can decide wether the item will be right for me. This would save SO MUCH TIME not being disappointed with a bad fitting/looking item. Please do this!!!
Yes, I would provide reviews and like to see other reviews, this helps with buying decisions. Most good sites invite reviews. Uniqlo or Mecca Cosmetica have good models to follow.
I love this idea.
And to avoid useless review, set up a questinnaire where customer will answer about :
- the size they bought
- what size they usually wear
- quality of the fabric
- did they return the item and why.
That was my main feedback as well, I love this with the Birdsnest website
Agree! Sometimes an item doesn’t qualify for returns, which makes me think this is because it’s returned so much. Would be interesting to know why / if it applies to me.

Just telephone the Operators at The Iconic and your issue will be dealt with straight away. When dealing with something online there will always be a delay. I have a number of items from Forever New and each one fit perfectly, never had a problem. Have always had excellent interactions with The Iconic so can't understand what's happening with your case. In most cases, The Iconic is the only company I purchase from and had excellent service.Not only have I saved thousands of dollars, I get the chance to shop high end brands that aren't available in my Regional Area. Just because you have had a bad experience with a company, it is not very nice to tell others never to shop with them. I happen to love my shopping experiences with The Iconic and would hate to not have had the chance to try them. Hope your issue is resolved soon, Good luck.

I am part of a review system on another site but they changed it so that you can only review the product but not assist anyone else who may have a question or want to know more. It was great prior to being changed as customers had the chance to communicate and give their experiences with the products. This freed up the phone lines and the operators didn't know anything about the products anyway. It's better that those who wear/use the items comment on them.
I recently made an online order and am totally dissatisfied. After numerous emails (which I did not get a response to) I called Forever New and asked them where my order was. I was told that they would find out and get back to me. I asked if that would be the same day and they reassured me it would be and apologised for not responding to emails. Three days later I am still waiting for the phone call and also for my purchase. I definitely won't be buying from them ever again.
If you order from their other online ICONIC, you will need to order at least 4 sizes bigger than what you would normally order (and then it still may be too small). I ordered something in XL thinking yep, size 12 that should cover it. The items were so small that my 15 year old niece who buys a size 14-16 in the kids sizes or size 6-8 in womens, was not able to wear it as it was too small for her.
Don't waste your money ordering from ICONIC or Forever New.
reading reviews often informs my decisions to purchase if I'm undecided and comments help with sizing and the fit of items
So important to decide between sizes, particularly when you don't fit the "standard" model shape.
One of the main sources I use to decide between sizes, a lot of people have different portioned bodies so I rely on people like myself to give reviews on items they have purchased

I would find reviews on what the item is like in real life super helpful. I’ve bought so many “final sale” items that don’t look anything like the pictures & I can’t return. Also fabric quality & sizing feedback would be great
Yes, suggest the customer post their body size and what size of clothes they choose. And they feel about the clothes, like tight or proper?
