Customer reviews
It would be great if we could encourage customers to write reviews about each item purchased and upload a picture. Clothing often looks very different on a real, everyday person than on a model!!
Would recommend that this be built into the rewards program as an added incentive!

Real-life photos and honest reviews are exactly what helps others choose the right fit!
You can add a review (text, photo or video) in two ways:
1. From the post-purchase email you’ll receive after your order — follow the link to review the item.
2. On the product page itself — find the item you bought and tap “Write a review” to add your thoughts and images.About rewards: Totally hear you on incentives. We’re exploring ways to reward members who share reviews and photos in THE ICONIC Front Row. Nothing final to announce yet, but it’s on the roadmap.

Have product reviews on items to help understand quality, sizing etc. This option is already underway on apps such as ASOS and really helps with decision making when making a purchase.

Allow customers to leave reviews as it helps in deciding on size. Also providing model measurements bust, waist & hips as wrll as height is most useful as we then have something to work with. If fabrics have a good stretch note that as that could be a difference in 1-2 sizes for perfect fitting.

Yesss, this! Asos is not the best but i love that there are reviews for ideas of quality, sizing and colour match

Provides more credit to the reviewers opinion of products sizing (viewers are then not potentially misled)

I’m surprised this doesn’t have more votes, this would be a really useful addition to the iconic’s website, I find it very helpful on revolve

It is crazy and suspicious they haven't allowed this feature yet

I was going to suggest the same! This would definitely be really helpful and would probably reduce the amount of returns.
It would also be really helpful to include ratings of the quality in addition to the fit/sizing of products.
Country Road’s reviews/customer ratings section is a great example to follow, very simple and effective.
It has helped me pick the perfect product and size every time and best of all I haven’t had to return anything as of yet. -

I've seen only a handful of items have reviews (and only 1 or 2). I've looked and I don't know where to leave my review.

Every user should be given a chance to write the purchased product review after its been delivered and others who should be able to see those review and can make a purchase

Promote reviews like on ASOS. It helps to see what people thought of the product when it comes to texture and sizing.

I am sick of buying and returning even if I don't need to pay for the postage, the review would help! -

As part of the review, if you could have a scale where customers could rate whether items run small, true to size or large (especially with shoes).

I would love to be able to give feedback on products ive purchased, rate them 1-5 stars etc. And to be able to see others experiences with a product also, so i can decide wether the item will be right for me. This would save SO MUCH TIME not being disappointed with a bad fitting/looking item. Please do this!!!

Yes, I would provide reviews and like to see other reviews, this helps with buying decisions. Most good sites invite reviews. Uniqlo or Mecca Cosmetica have good models to follow.

Instead of sending/paying influencers for content why don’t the iconic give real customers the opportunity to review items and provide feedback by sending them items instead? I personally would trust a real customers opinion as opposed to someone who is being paid for the content.
