I am part of a review system on another site but they changed it so that you can only review the product but not assist anyone else who may have a question or want to know more. It was great prior to being changed as customers had the chance to communicate and give their experiences with the products. This freed up the phone lines and the operators didn't know anything about the products anyway. It's better that those who wear/use the items comment on them.

Taste has nothing to do with age. I look alot younger than I am & lucky to have a good figure which allows me to wear all types of fashions. It's not the age but the person liking the item & feeling good wearing it. Who cares what anyone else thinks.

And who is going to pay for this! I'm all for it as a loyalty gift but otherwise I'm not that much of a fan to pay for all that. I wouldn't say no to a free bottle of champagne coming as a surprise with an order.

Totally agree, 30 days is way too short. Sixty is acceptable but 100 shows goodwill.

Another company does this. They remove the item but you have a limited period of time to complete shopping. I had placed a few items in my cart once & when I went to complete the transaction the prices had returned to their original non sale prices & I had to start again. Luckily it all worked out.

I've seen items at the same price for over a year. That's way over the amount of time to have an item still listed. You're better off clearing these items out once & for all & starting afresh.Those who want to keep ahead of fashion will not be interested in these items.

I understand your point but sometimes a few different Countries are involved in the manufacture of an item. It would be more ethical for each brand to prove that items are made up without ***** labour & make the information about their manufacturers more open for us to make a decision.

Just telephone the Operators at The Iconic and your issue will be dealt with straight away. When dealing with something online there will always be a delay. I have a number of items from Forever New and each one fit perfectly, never had a problem. Have always had excellent interactions with The Iconic so can't understand what's happening with your case. In most cases, The Iconic is the only company I purchase from and had excellent service.Not only have I saved thousands of dollars, I get the chance to shop high end brands that aren't available in my Regional Area. Just because you have had a bad experience with a company, it is not very nice to tell others never to shop with them. I happen to love my shopping experiences with The Iconic and would hate to not have had the chance to try them. Hope your issue is resolved soon, Good luck.
