Cancel Orders that are being delivered by Partner Companies.
I made an order earlier in the evening only to discover that their sizing was much different to the usual. One hour later I contacted The Iconic via Live Chat but was told to cancel would probably not be able to occur. Even after calling again the following morning I was again told that they will see what they could do but I had to purchase another of this product at $300- due to being only one left. Being on a Disability Pension, this is far from easy! Eighteen and a half hours after attempting to cancel this order I received an email from the Partner Company telling me that my item is on its way - the one I didn't want. The two items arrived on the same day the following business day after a weekend. The sizing in this brand is a whole size too large so despite getting the smallest size they make which is a size 8, I needed a size 6 which they don't make. The size guide does state that the brand runs large but when a whole size different the brand needs to change its sizing.
