  1. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    I probably only return 1 in 5 purchases so I feel like this is a waste of paper.

  3. Show 'more colours available' underneath the product instead of listing it numerous times in every colour.
