I have an issue with returns, I went to return a dress followed all the prompts and then found I had no ink in my printer. The website said to go to the post office and they could print out a label. I have not been able to get the post offices in my area where I live to do this. I know have a dress which arrived 1 week late and no way to return it. Your website does not give an alternative address, I would even pay for the shipping if I could find it.
