  2. have a membership and points for every $20 spent which add up for free stuff. Give away free stuff for going over a certain price

  4. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    Agree with the comments that think this is unnecessary. As people have mentioned, you don’t need access to a printer as auspost will print a sticker for you.. you don’t even need sticky tape!

    The returns process is perfect! Spend your time and resources improving other aspects of your business =)
