  1. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    Great idea, however this would put The Iconic in a bad position for environmental footprint. A lot of large companies have been under the spotlight around their product packaging. For many orders, this would be a waste of cardboard across the 1000s of orders they received daily.

  2. Keep filters selected across the app navigation with different categories.
