  5. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

  8. Buy more locally and expand the “considered” range, with an emphasis on natural fibres and reduce the products with polyester content.

    The models look fine to me. I think you're too use to seeing fat people. Most of them look average size and some look fit.
