so much bull with this company
LOL, removing express shipping to save the environment by reducing carbon emissions is such bull. If you truly cared about the environment, you'll stop bringing in clothing made of polyester, polyurethane, rayon, acrylic etc. unless it actually serves a function such as being rainwear/waterproof. All these materials make up a MAJORITY of your site's products and by not bringing them in you'll do more for the environment than your silly 'express shipping is now 3.95 we're reducing carbon emissions by 55% guisee12111 schtick'.
The company is not getting better, it's getting worse. First you get rid of 90 day free returns, then you get rid of express delivery. But for the things people have been asking you to do you don't do it.
People have been asking for VIP/loyalty point programs, clean skincare, return labels being included in the bag, I mean you can include that stupid thanks for sopping at The Iconic post card in every bag but can't include a returns card? What logic is that? People have been asking for clothing made of better material that's actually recyclable/biodegradable, FYI blends made with non sustainable materials are generally so "blended" that they're not even properly recyclable because they need different processes and it becomes expensive and not even that environmentally friendly any more.

It’s very hard to agree with your thought process when you have presented it the way you have, rude and the language it’s just not necessary. If you think by speaking like this people are going to jump on your bandwagon you are so wrong. Next time you want to give feedback and fight for something you believe in try being polite, having some class and you’ll sound much more educated then you have. Just a opinion of course. Also just pointing out the obvious if you think the iconic is as disgusting as you say don’t shop at it - you look like a hypocrite!!

They probably want to include a returns slip cause it's easier for customers to return items in the bag, especially for those that don;t have easy access to printers. It's a compromise and better than just a useless card that gets trashed. That's just what I'm guessing anyway. -

Wait, you want them to be more environmental but you want them to also include a returns slip in each package even though it is likely to be just thrown in the bin? I mean I agree with your environmental concerns, but maybe they could just remove the thanks for shopping card and leave the returned situation as is so that it cuts back on waste
