    They probably want to include a returns slip cause it's easier for customers to return items in the bag, especially for those that don;t have easy access to printers. It's a compromise and better than just a useless card that gets trashed. That's just what I'm guessing anyway.

  9. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!
