  3. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    I think Iconic does well as it has a range of items. Misguided styles and quality I’ve never liked but I have a few Cotton On items that have lasted me well. I like having a range from which I can decide what I want. If you don’t like the look/quality of the brand, don’t buy it.

  12. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!

    Great in an imaginary world :) but sale prices should only be honoured during the sale. Sometimes things are selected to go on sale as they are low in certain sizes.
