  4. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!

    I agree, I’m a size 12,purchased a top recently and it didn’t even begin to cover my DD ***** but fitted perfectly elsewhere. Return process was easy but there was no way that top was doing up over my chest! Looked amazing on the size 8 model though 😂

  7. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.
