  2. Loyalty Bonus / Rewards Program

    Supporting those who support you. There is a lot of competition online, prices are easily compared. Whilst The Iconic is very competitive, rewarding those who remain loyal via a reward program as recognition might be nice. Could be as a percentage spend rebate or so many points equates to a gift voucher/credit.

  3. Bring in hair products that are difficult to find in Australia

    The products I'm suggesting are either difficult to source in Australia / cost a bomb in shipping fees online/difficult to acquire all in one place.

    They are all sulfate, silicone and alcohol free! I especially recommend the Bounce Curl range. These products are suitable for most people especially those with wavy/dry hair.

  5. I got the wrong length Order No. 294423617

    I got the wrong length order was meant to get 23 centimetres, wait for 1 hr on chat and was told that they only have 21 centimetres braclet not helpful at all no resolution just excuses. I was planning to buy a bag for $500 I’m now not confident and will stop shopping and will not recommend anyone to shop

  7. Offer annual rewards on spend

    Have a rewards programme that earns points/vouchers based on order/spend per annum that you build up rather than printing and sending vouchers with orders which half the time stay in the courier bag, have a loyalty scheme against your app/online account which shows you what you’ve spent and points etc like every $250 earns you a $20 voucher or something rather than spend over and get $.. off. Farmers in NZ do that and it’s kept me loyal for beauty products for years. I believe Mecca do something similar. Also more support of boutique nz and aus brands and featuring…

  9. Have a discount weekend for loyal customers and do the odd % off competitions

    Create a spinning wheel with different % off and email it to all loyal return customers. We revive an email to say spin the wheel to reveal your discount. We click and the wheel spins stopping on a % off. Have 48 hours to claim with the discount code provided. Also randomly pick a customer, send them an email to offer a surprise % off or $ account credit.

  11. Stock a better range of larger size men's pants.

    The range of pants available to men sz 40+ is not great and what is available are priced $150+

    Would love to see some more affordable options in larger sizes.

  12. Enter a restock date for out of stock items, or a 'request restock' button

    I often find items that are completely sold out and there's a 'notify me', which makes it seem like it is coming back in stock, but it is unclear. If there's no plans for a restock, a 'request restock' button for items that people still want.

  13. Discount code based product filter

    Often discount codes don't apply to all products. It would be good if the code could be entered on the home page, and then a filter applied to allow you to see what products that code will apply to.

    At the moment we either need to go through all the fine print or wait until we're at the pay screen to find out. If it doesn't, usually I'll just close the window, rather than searching for other products that may fit.

    I would prefer to let mother’s day go by and not be reminded, into my emails, that my mother has passed away. please make it an option to not get any promotional information about it.

  19. Incorporate some type of REWARD BASED SHOPPING

    Definitely a better reward based system to ensure loyal customers are entitled to more of a discount, therefore encouraging more spends.
    Keeping shipping costs as low as possible and more sustainable packaging :)
