    In the future, use artificial intelligence and augmented reality to try on clothes/products virtually via phones/laptops. Then find a way to suggest products that would best suit different body types. Similar to the movie clueless but more futuristic!

    E.g. Sass & Bide VIPs receive 10% off all purchases, Manning Cartell VIPs receive 15% off all purchases, etc. Plus previews on new collections and the ability to pre-order items, etc.

  6. so much bull with this company

    LOL, removing express shipping to save the environment by reducing carbon emissions is such bull. If you truly cared about the environment, you'll stop bringing in clothing made of polyester, polyurethane, rayon, acrylic etc. unless it actually serves a function such as being rainwear/waterproof. All these materials make up a MAJORITY of your site's products and by not bringing them in you'll do more for the environment than your silly 'express shipping is now 3.95 we're reducing carbon emissions by 55% guisee12111 schtick'.

    The company is not getting better, it's getting worse. First you get rid of 90 day free…

    I was appalled to receive two small beauty products (both could fit in the palm of my hand) in a huge cardboard box with brown paper. Do better with sustainable packaging!

  10. Introduce compostable postage bags

    Introduce compostable postage bags, Iconic is the 5th online retailer in Australia and would send out hundreds of postage bags weekly even daily! It is critical that such a large retailer in the online marketplace sets a tone environmentally. They could partner with a variety of companies who offer these postage bags. Im sure that online shopping would account for a pretty large portion of single use plastics.

  12. Old or damaged packaging.

    Please don't send customers expensive footwear, even if on sale, in old, broken and damaged shoe boxes. This makes for a horrible experience upon opening the parcel. Repair the box or have it replaced. Wrap the contents securely. The way an item arrives to the customer, the presentation, is all part of the experience. Make it special. Don't send junk packaging it's offensive.

  13. When filtering shop the item in only one colour

    So you filter by tops in blue ... it should only show the style once in blue then if you click on the item you can then view the other colour options instead of it showing the same style in all colours when going down the filtered list

  16. use shorter models ie 162cm for size 8-10

    This would allow more accurate image of length of tops, skirts, dresses and pants. Even though length of garments are provided, it’s not the same as seeing it on a model more like your own size. Not all size 8,10,12 people are tall like models which is one reason why they are models

  17. Allow you to hide a product on their website

    I wish when you are browsing you could hide a product that you are not interested in. I often come back to The Iconic website or app to shop and it would be so much easier to search through the thousands of results if some of the products I had already seen had already been hidden under my account.

  18. Loyalty Bonus / Rewards Program

    Supporting those who support you. There is a lot of competition online, prices are easily compared. Whilst The Iconic is very competitive, rewarding those who remain loyal via a reward program as recognition might be nice. Could be as a percentage spend rebate or so many points equates to a gift voucher/credit.

  20. More focus on sustainability

    More focus on sustainable clothing, packaging etc. Move towards making it a core element of The Iconic. You have done some work towards this but could be so much bette! Cheap, nasty brands that have terrible sustainability record should be phased out where possible and more and more sustainable brands included with a specific focus on sustainability. These clothes are always better long term value and better quality also.

    Also could the Iconic look to help with recycling/upcycling or renting clothes? All these ideas are even better than buying new even if it is sustainable!
