I got the wrong length Order No. 294423617

I got the wrong length order was meant to get 23 centimetres, wait for 1 hr on chat and was told that they only have 21 centimetres braclet not helpful at all no resolution just excuses. I was planning to buy a bag for $500 I’m now not confident and will stop shopping and will not recommend anyone to shop

    Based on my experience I will not shop again, you guys just lost $500 sale as I was planning to buy a bag from theiconic.If you can’t get the right size length for my bracelet purchase and can’t fix an error I don’t feel confident any more to shop with you.
