Offer annual rewards on spend
Have a rewards programme that earns points/vouchers based on order/spend per annum that you build up rather than printing and sending vouchers with orders which half the time stay in the courier bag, have a loyalty scheme against your app/online account which shows you what you’ve spent and points etc like every $250 earns you a $20 voucher or something rather than spend over and get $.. off. Farmers in NZ do that and it’s kept me loyal for beauty products for years. I believe Mecca do something similar. Also more support of boutique nz and aus brands and featuring them in the marketing campaigns rather than the big brands who everyone already knows and loves.
