1. Ask the models in the videos to turn 360 degrees

   It would be useful to see the back of the garment and how it hangs and moves on the body. Many of the models in the videos don’t turn around they just stand there and wiggle or do a different pose.

2. Include shoe width as well as length for Wide Fit Shoes & more casual sandals, sneakers, shoes, etc.

   Just because it's called Wide Fit Shoe I've found different brands have very different WIDTH measurements so it would be great to know exactly how wide each item is. Also more inexpensive casual sandals, sneakers, shoes, etc would be awesome.
   Wide Fit Shoes to have length & width so you know it will fit 100%.

6. Cannot use an ultimate gift card on a purchase more than the value on the gift card!

   I really wish The Iconic let Ultimate gift cards be used on orders more than the gift card's value. I've got an Ultimate gift card with $30, but cannot use it on a purchase that is greater than $30!. So disappointing and useless.

14. Please show all tops NOT TUCKED IN

    We can't work out the length and fit of tops if the models have the top tucked into their skirt/trousers/shorts in every single photo!
    For example, I might want a longer length top, but you only show it tucked in so it might actually be cropped and there is no way to tell.

17. Make the discount vouchers worth it

    20% off for purchases that are full price only, and over $100 is not going to encourage me to spend. And can these deals not be loaded onto our accounts the same way store credit is? Such a waste of printing and paper.
