STOP putting random SH*T in my wish list
This new behaviour of adding random stuff to my wish list is SUPER ANNOYING. It's usually stuff I have ZERO interest in and it just clutters up the wish list.

Accurate stock availability for 3 hour and same day delivery filters.
When I need an emergency gift or outfit, sometimes your delivery filter of 3 hour delivery/ same day delivery stock isn’t accurate. You find out in the checkout that it won’t arrive on time, which is slightly frustrating when you’ve been scrolling through what you believed to be available.

Sometimes I'll see an item on another website and hope it's coming to The Iconic. Only to keep checking and checking. I asked via Live Chat if they could let me know if an item was coming. They just said to keep checking the website. In some cases I've just given up and gotten that item from someone else and sometimes found you've stocked it days or weeks later! If you had given me a heads up I would have been patient and bought through you out of loyalty to your commitment to sustainability and offering great sales

Let us filter OUT what we don't want
Please let us filter options OUT, instead of only in. I am sooooo sick of seeing maternity options and plus size options when I am only wanting to shop for regular sizes. It just wastes our time and makes it harder to find what we want.

Tell the models they’re not posing for Instagram
Please tell the models not to hyper arch their lower back to make their butts look rounder. It changes the way the clothes sit on the body. No one stands at a bus stop poking out their butt. We wanna know how the clothes actually sit on the body in real life.
