Customer picture space
Customers can add pics of the product they received. Often a hand mostly canvas ones will be a different colour to the computer add. Then we can see life pictures of the product.

Have a category where I can buy from Indigenous designers or indigenous print
After the disastrous No vote I would like to be able to show support for Indigenous Australians through wearing beautiful Indigenous print and colours. I wish that the Iconic could make it easy to find and support them. I see that you have your reconciliation plan but these are all dated 2020 and 2021, I think now the time is right in that a huge segment of your customer base could be looking to show support in the same way.

use compostable packaging.
The Iconic should be the leader in the online retailers by changing over to fully compostable postage envelopes. Then The Iconic should push back to their retailers to use compostable packaging instead of the plastic sleeves they use for clothing and other things they sell and what they are wrapped in..

Have customers send you their photos on items they bought to be posted alongside model photos so customers get to see real people
Customers send iconic photos of themselves in what they bought. Iconic can upload them alongside the professional modelled photos of garments. The customers photos that get posted to be credited iconic dollars for their next purchase. Helps customers see the items on real people and inspires customers to send photos of themselves in exchange for photos that are used for iconic credit dollars.

Apply discounts directly to account instead of sending out "discount cards" with ordered items. It would be beneficial to have any applicable discounts automatically deducted going to check out.

Offer the ability to cancel orders up until they're being packed. Amazon makes this easy and honestly it's a reason I'd buy from Amazon over the iconic if the same product were available.
