Rude comments, spam, and redundant comments
Some of the comments hat have appeared here are really quite atrociously rude, but at the same time I kind of agree with some of them.
The amount of people spamming this site repeatedly with the exact same suggestions or with useless ones are really terrible. There should be a regulator or mod for these sort of spammy or useless comments. I mean if you have a suggestion just post it once. Not 500 times. And when you type in a comment you can see similar comments appear below so you already know you’re posting spam and redundant comments and…

Have an ethical rating for the brands they host on their website
For example providing information on transparency, sustainability, fair trade, gender equality, local, minimal waste, vegan or hand crafted. Well Made Clothes is a great example of this https://wellmadeclothes.com.au/ so it can be done!

Bring back the student discount for all brands, not just exclusives.
The Unidays discount for The Iconic used to apply to all brands, but has recently been changed to only exclusive brands, like Atmos&Here and Zalora, and only for orders over $79. These brands are already reasonably cheap, and often don't need much of a discount to be affordable. I've been shopping here a lot less since it changed, and would love to see the original student discount come back.

stop selling cheap made in China rubbish clothes that are going straight to landfill.

Offer price guarantee for 3 wks
Just like shopping in the USA some store provide price guarantee to customer and if the item I bought go on sale within the next 3 wks ICONIC will refund the difference. So customer can feel at ease purchasing product when they like it and not waited to see if they will be on SALE

so much bull with this company
LOL, removing express shipping to save the environment by reducing carbon emissions is such bull. If you truly cared about the environment, you'll stop bringing in clothing made of polyester, polyurethane, rayon, acrylic etc. unless it actually serves a function such as being rainwear/waterproof. All these materials make up a MAJORITY of your site's products and by not bringing them in you'll do more for the environment than your silly 'express shipping is now 3.95 we're reducing carbon emissions by 55% guisee12111 schtick'.

Simple model poses
I want to see the clothing not the model being cute. Hair up so I can see straps, neckline, shoulders, the back. Shots from all sides and closeups. Shoot white and lighter colours on dark background not bright white!
