Feature different sized models
It would be great to see some of the clothes modelled on size 10/12/14 girls, not just all size 8, as that is not the majority of Aussie ladies, but we size 12s aren't plus size either!

There are so many designers who do not have the capacity to show their goods Australia-wide. Call out for those to show them their goods and if suitable, sell them on your website. We have some amazing home-grown designers. Show them.

Have more models wearing jewellery, it's so hard to visualise the size, length of an item if it's not on a body.
Same goes with bags, sizing is difficult to visualise if a model isn't holding or wearing it.

Sunglasses need a picture of a model wearing them!
All sunglasses need a shot of someone wearing them. Hard to buy sunnies without seeing what they look like on a model!

Include pictures of the models sitting so wheelchair users can see how the clothes look seated.
Have pictures of the models sitting in the clothes, so wheelchair users and people of different abilities could see how the clothes look in a seated position. No online shop is doing this and it could be a real point of difference for The Iconic.

Stock American labels that Australians can’t get delivered to Australia
Label such as avocado muse (women’s training wear) be stocked with Iconic. I can’t buy this label from their website, if I want to it cost $70US for shipping alone. Stock other brands we can’t easily get or can get buy shipping is ridiculous

Have customers send you their photos on items they bought to be posted alongside model photos so customers get to see real people
Customers send iconic photos of themselves in what they bought. Iconic can upload them alongside the professional modelled photos of garments. The customers photos that get posted to be credited iconic dollars for their next purchase. Helps customers see the items on real people and inspires customers to send photos of themselves in exchange for photos that are used for iconic credit dollars.
