Restock
restock the items that are currently out of stock. In some cases, products are listed on the website for only a few days before becoming unavailable.

Ability to build a virtual model of your proportions
Where the user can put in body measurements and height etc and see the garments on a virtual model if themselves. Understand this is a future technology given the work to develop it ……

An outfit event picker
As someone who doesn't really have any idea about smart casual/casual/formal events. Iconic should have a section of their website/app where you can come and select what type of event it is and then you can build your outfit. The pairings are okay, however I have found that sometimes the outfit doesn't really mesh well.
i.e you come to the app you select the event being a smart-casual and the season of the event you can then go through and pick everything from Shirt, pants, shoes, belt and even accessories.

Customer picture space
Customers can add pics of the product they received. Often a hand mostly canvas ones will be a different colour to the computer add. Then we can see life pictures of the product.

"Everything but" button
When searching for items (exmaple; colour). You should be able to click a button that says "everything but" and selecting the 2 colours out of the 40 that you don't like, rather than having to select 38 colours of choice.

use compostable packaging.
The Iconic should be the leader in the online retailers by changing over to fully compostable postage envelopes. Then The Iconic should push back to their retailers to use compostable packaging instead of the plastic sleeves they use for clothing and other things they sell and what they are wrapped in..

Add inseam length of pants
