1. Easier way to remove address label while using Iconic plastic for returning

   Sometimes it takes a very long time and patience to remove the receiver's address label on the Iconic Plastic bag before returning
   More than half the time the label can not be remove completely. Please more creative ways in this issue. Thanks

3. Wear testing.

   Wear testing. I feel like I keep ordering products that look beautiful online but when they arrive, they're completely impractical. The bodycon dresses and t-shirts I've ordered all show your underwear because there's no lining whatsoever. Activewear I purchased lasted 35 days, worn 4x and are already disintegrating. I want to see more quality, wearable, practical garments.

11. Why are almost all your suit pants made of polyester? Please get cotton, wool, silk, Lyocell, Tencel

    I only found 3 wools and 2 cotton pants that are workwear friendly in size AU 6. Please get workwear friendly pants (not culottes and not sweatpants/joggers) that are made of organic cotton and wool, you can also get silk and lyocell/tencel but please stop with the polyester and viscose.

19. Large bust options

    I buy a lot of things from The Iconic but often have to refund them as the bust is so small. Im a size 10 but G cup and 32 year old so always in need of mature and classic pieces/essentials but are willing to pay for quality materials (not polyester). I find a lot of the styles cater for small and fit size 8s whereas more realistic models wearing the clothes would be beneficial

20. Price matching on items or beating prices on items that are cheaper elsewhere

    Beating prices by 10% on items that are cheaper on other websites or price matching. Some items on the Iconic website are overpriced compared to other websites. Especially sporting brands like Nike. Various overseas websites sell this product a lot cheaper.
