I often see great fashion but it's either US or UK and hard or very expensive to access here in Australia

Recyclable vs. Recycled
Great that packaging is recycled but not happy that it isn’t recyclable or compostable. And being in NZ means it can’t be returned to shop for reuse.

Have petite sizing especially jeans as do ASOS and other UK websites
Jeans and dresses never look and fit the same as the models when you are 5’2. Petite sizing caters for shorter people which means no more altering hem lines.

Filters on the mobile app during sale campaign
During a campaign (e.g. 40% off exclusives) on the mobile app to be able to filter down in this e.g. dresses > maxi dresses. You can do this on a desktop but not mobile.

Bring in a range for Tall, Regular & Petite Heights
As a 185cm tall woman finding clothes that fit is near on impossible. If I was short, I’d get annoyed by the extra expense of having to take everything up. Therefore I’d like to see The Iconic release items for Tall, Regular & Petite heights.

Stock more inclusive sizing...men and womens!
Stock more inclusive sizing...plus and petite etc. But include women and mens. There is a gap between teen plus sizes and older plus sizes...like Torrid in the US. Fashionable fits but no butterflies!

Honour sale prices if the item you purchased during the sale is the incorrect size
If the size purchased on sale needs to be exchanged for a smaller/larger size, it would help if the sale price was honoured and you didn’t have to pay more for an exchange
