Remove Australian GST when shopping from New Zealand
Items purchased from overseas customers are exempt from Australian GST, so adding NZ GST on top of this makes it extremely expensive for us NZ customers. Is the Iconic pocketing the additional AUS GST?

Recognise patterns in purchases
Recognise the patterns in purchases (e.g. a shape of dress, a style of jumper, country of origin) and then have a section that can be clicked on that is 'suggested for you'.

VIP reward points and free shipping for regular customers
I think having those customers who are deemed VIP, regular shoppers such as myself should get free shipping! Points would also be such a great incentive.

It would be great if we had some sort of mute button for brands we aren’t interested in
Please The Iconic, make it so that we can mute brands we aren’t interested in. This would help make it easier to see what we like and also new brands without having to keep going to the ‘view my brands’ tab. Because when I don’t like a certain style of clothes I usually end up not liking what the entire brand has to offer.

Hire more customer service staff
Had to wait over an hour for live chat. Hire more staff And have longer hours to contact them. Many people order online out of usual business hours.

VIP rewards, more tall people clothing, show models for different sizes, size guides for each brand, next day express shipping
VIP rewards - good ones that really make you feel thankful! More tall people clothing, show models for different sizes and videos, size guides for each brand, next day express shipping, remove items from wish list if product is no longer going to be available (do not allow adding to wish list if product is discontinued). Better re-stocking of popular sizes.
Drop poor quality lines.. My biggest reasons for returns are inconsistent sizing across brands and item looking different to photos (usually looks a different quality/material hard to judge from photos) and item looking very different on me than on…

Size Aus 2 / XXXS Petite Clothing
Coming from an adult woman who is 5ft and 40kg, we'd love to see a bigger range of super petite clothing! Stopping at size 4 isn't very inclusive.
I looked in the kids section but NONE of the clothes were modelled so I had no idea what they looked like on :(
