A follow, love or favourite button for brands so we can shortlist out faves
I know that you can make a Wishlist of individual pieces of clothing but I would love to be able to favourite certain brands I come across so that I don't forget they exist… I find that I really gravitate towards particular brands and am always discovering more and this would be an easy way to see when they drop new items etc
Also maybe a drag and drop box in favourites/wishlist so that you can line up or group pieces of an outfit together to try and visualise it before purchase2 votes -
Categorize skirt length, and sleeve lengths
Would love to see a category with skirt length and sleeve lengths so I don't have to spend hours scrolling when I'm looking for something specific. I'm much more likely to leave the site from scroll exhaustion, where as I'm much more likely to buy other things, be more loyal, if the iconic saves me time.

Listen to customers
Was given a discount code for $25 however it did not work. Customer service sent an email with troubleshooting ideas. When I responded stating all of these had been met (ie minimum spend was met, within the the validity date, no excluded items, code was correct) and provided screen shots as proof I then got no response however got an email asking for a customer service rating on my recent issue! Would be good to actually have customer service to rate!

Each item does not need seperate plastic bags, or if you believe that they do, they should be in a different material that is more sustainable

Have a way to filter a little better. Sometimes I filter and still get maternity dresses when I didn’t select maternity.
Try cutting the filters - too much variety comes up even after using sort and filter eg maternity.

Remove the ‘notify me’ button for clothing in which will not be restocked
If a item of clothing will not be restocked remove the notify me button, there were over 7 items I clicked that button, to find out after emailing that had no intention of retaining. Show that the item will not be restocked to move on and fit another clothing peice.

How about free delivery without minimum spend?
Are you able to absorb the delivery cost for purchases less than $50? Offer a week+ Delivery option that is free.

When showing the brand put all sales items at the front of the list, one to encourage customers to purchase more, while selling through your old/last seasons stock

Customer reviews
It would be great if we could encourage customers to write reviews about each item purchased and upload a picture. Clothing often looks very different on a real, everyday person than on a model!!

Rewards for loyalty
Give discounts to loyal customers instead of sending discount codes to customers who haven't shopped with you in a while. I don't think that is fair

Not switch between NZD and AUSD
Please keep the currency the same for NZ users. If I log on to the NZ site, I shouldn't be suddenly shown items in Australian dollars.
