It would be great if we could encourage customers to write reviews about each item purchased and upload a picture. Clothing often looks very different on a real, everyday person than on a model!!

Try and show all shoes and boots on an actual foot! It would be great to see boot lengths and how the shoes look in relation to a body
Just reiterating what others have already said! Shoes often look completely different on and having them photographed on a person would be a huge selling point I think

You need a Virtual Digital Assistant
A chatbot to answer simple queries that is available 247 and uses WhatsApp, google message or apple messages, Plus an integrated virtual assistant to be able to put in specific search criteria, check stock levels and not have to use the clunky, vague search you currently have. I work in CX and AI and you guys could do a lot to improve and it doesn't cost as much as you think. A good virtual assistant is like an extra team member and the concurrency is higher, CX goes up, ease of use goes up and less chats to have to be handled by agents.

Delete from range fast fashion brands
Buy well, buy once with quality garments designed and produced ethically (doesn’t have to mean organic) that last longer than cheaper fast fashion items that end up as rags or in the landfill after six months.

Share my wish list with a nomination person.
Allow my husband access to my Wishlist, so he could look at items I like for birthdays, Christmas etc.

Would be great if you can stock more clothes/accessories designed/made by Australian designers. It's so vital that we support everything made in Australia. Especially after the very challenging year we're having.

Clearly identify Oeko-Tex, Organic, Non-VOC Materials
Multi-disciplinary illnesses are a growing issue in the world, especially among children. Having clothing and footwear that is clearly marked as being Oeko-Tex verified and Organic means people can make well informed choices in an overwhelming market.
Allergies are a vastly growing issue and don’t just consist of rhinitis or hay fever, but dermatitis, keratosis and psoriasis. For many people the colours used in dyeing materials cause not only skin irritation, but irritation of the eyes and the respiratory system. Just as man-made, synthetic materials contain volatile glues that not only break down quicker, but release VOC’s into the air we breathe. Shoes are a good example this. VOC’s are one of the leading causes of cancer, kidney and liver failure.
Many smaller companies are now choosing to manufacture clothing and footwear without volatile compounds and harmful substances. Having clear Oeko-Tex, Organic, Non-VOC labels means the consumer immediately knows they are purchasing with their health and planet in mind.
We need to support these manufacturers and ensure their products are easily identifiable just as vegan products are clearly identified.
Having clothing and footwear clearly marked helps those with allergies, illnesses or those wanting a more eco-friendly, ethical option choose more wisely. We need to support these smaller companies who are trying to create a healthier world and community through the use of renewable, organic, environmentally safe dyes, materials and compounds.
We don’t need to compromise our health for fashion.

Have the option to buy two sizes but only pay for one, then return the other!
Have the option to buy two sizes of a product if unsure of which will fit but only pay for one, and return the size that doesn't suit. If it doesn't get returned within an estimated time the buyer would get charged for both. Saves on either purchasing two items or waiting the LONG wait time for exchange.

Saved searches in our account
Have a "search by saved search" option so if we want to go back to the same filters e.g. size 9 black heel shoes that we had shopped at previously we can go straight into it rather than entering all the filters again. I'm regularly looking out for "the one" so I go to the Iconic a couple of days a week and have to go back into the same search, so would be great if you could have the filters saved as a search- maybe in a way we can save it with a name of our choice e.g. "Birthday dress search" or "Black work heel search."
