Fix your awful postage/packaging! My expensive dress could be taken out of the unsealed parcel by anyone! Also was not delivered to address
Dress was in a clearly unsealed bag which AustPost staff brought to my attention as they were concerned items may have been taken out on it's journey. Also my beautiful dress was roughly wrapped, parcel was very slow to be delivered and was not delivered to my home, not even my local Post Office. It went to another Post Office which was not at all convenient and I had to take time off work to collect. Mostly was shocked that the bag was not even sealed properly and someone could have taken my dress! Cannot believe how bad this experience…

Be able to sort products by model
When browsing online I look to the model who have similar build, hair and coloring to me, if the item looks good on that particular model I tend to feel more comfortable making the purchase. So I would LOVE to be able to search the site this way!

Supply more size 4, 6 (XXS, XS) in styles (such as cropped length) that would suit a petite (5 ft 2 under) person
Iconic has yet to differentiate its product to target certain markets. The petite market is somewhat untapped in the Australian market, unlike the US that has petite ranges in most department stores like Nordstrom.
Points for more petite sizes
1. Ironically the petite market is HUGE. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics in mid 2010 27% (6 mil) of the Australian population is born overseas, the majority from India, China, Philippines and Vietnam. Bring back the student discount for all brands, not just exclusives.
The Unidays discount for The Iconic used to apply to all brands, but has recently been changed to only exclusive brands, like Atmos&Here and Zalora, and only for orders over $79. These brands are already reasonably cheap, and often don't need much of a discount to be affordable. I've been shopping here a lot less since it changed, and would love to see the original student discount come back.

Deliver items when the say they would.
Ordered some last minute winter stuff before heading off, opted for the 6pm-10pm delivery. Never came, no communication. Now I'm supposed to wait until tonight - when I've already left - to receive them. No-one will even be home to accept the order!

Include a bridal section
For brides who want affordable dresses with simple returns if it doesn't suit their shape. Try the dress in the comfort of your own home with your own shoes etc without having to book appointments and pay for trials!!
