Offer an exchange in a different colour
I purchased a pair of shoes a little while ago on one of the regular “30% off everything” sales. When they arrived they were a perfect fit but I wished I had ordered them in tan instead of black. As the sale was no longer on, if I wanted the tan pair I would have had to pay full price. Would have been great to have just been able to exchange the black for a tan pair in the same size for the same price initially paid on sale. Have learnt my lesson, so now I just order all the…

Show the final price with voucher etc before adding to cart!
It wastes a lot of time to know the final price of the product. If a voucher code is to be applied, we have to select checkout and then go to the final page and apply voucher code there to know the final price.

Have an easy way to look up my payment details on my account, edit and add if required.
Currently the only place you seem to be able to edit payment details is during checkout. Now this might just be me - not being able to find the right place to look it up. But I have looked in all of my account info tabs on The Iconic website and can't find anything.
It would be great if you could edit, edit and delete payment details like paypal or different credit cards just like you can with different addresses to ship to.

$10 sign up voucher and $20 off first order voucher.
I wish I’d actually received my $10 sign up voucher code. I never got it sent to me.
Also to receive $20 off your first order you have to spend a massive amount, a much lower amount would be more enticing.6 votes -

Have photos of people wearing the outfits in the real world ie instagram photos, photo shoots etc.

Stock shoes for ladies with large feet (eg ladies size 12 or 44.
It’s very difficult to find comfortable fashionable shoes for larger size feet. This is something that could be catered for through The Iconic!

send the birthday voucher at the start of the month or earlier..
At the moment the voucher gets sent out on your birthday but it might be a good idea to send it a week or so before because I often buy a new outfit to wear on my birthday, I was disappointed I couldn't use the voucher because it didn't arrive til my actual birthdate

special sections for different clothes/outfit types
for example: a work clothes section or a basics section and maybe even an on trend section! it would make it so much easier and would make shopping for work clothes so much quicker and efficient.

Exclude certain brands/styles from search, example maternity, petite and plus size
Instead of having to select all brands or styles except a few be able to select all then exclude things maternity, petite, tall from your search results.
