I purchased a pair of shoes a little while ago on one of the regular “30% off everything” sales. When they arrived they were a perfect fit but I wished I had ordered them in tan instead of black. As the sale was no longer on, if I wanted the tan pair I would have had to pay full price. Would have been great to have just been able to exchange the black for a tan pair in the same size for the same price initially paid on sale. Have learnt my lesson, so now I just order all the colours I’m interested in when sales are on and then return the items I don’t want. But surely offering an exchange would be a much simpler process...
