Fix Atmos & Here Plus range
The sizing is definitely not plus sizes, excellent range and styles but no way is the sizing right. I am a standard 16/18 and a 14 or small in Plus ranges, a size 22 Atmos & Here dress and top didn't fit.....it's false advertising.

Give an option to ship items together
I get that it might be quicker to ship items separately but it’s kind of annoying to go to the post office 3 times to collect items from the same order. It’d be good to have an option to ship items together, even if that meant they took longer - people could choose that option if they’re not in a rush

Remove specific types of demographic
Remove maternity wear or curve wear if not required from your account. When I do a search these items would not come up and would reduce the amount of search items

Stock items for long limbed ladies.
Just because women are tall doesn’t mean they need a larger size. It would be great if The Iconic stocked more items with longer legs in the jeans and pants and longer arms. There is very limited availability in Australia for this.

Shop by brand - currently you have to type in brand to search but it would be good to be able to scroll through and review brands available on the Iconic

use real models and ditch plastic packaging.
It’s 2018. No one wants to see super tall super skinny models anymore. People want to see all shapes and sizes wearing the clothes. Also the iconic need to get on board and go plastic free. All your packaging is single use plastic, it needs to be either recyclable paper and carton or come up with a reusable recyclable product that isn’t adding to the destruction of the environment. We need ethical packaging.
