Please allow size exchanges for 'non return' items!
I ordered a non return item and loved the look, but unfortunately it runs big :( - would be great if size exchanges were allowed at least instead of just for faulty items - and if the new size is no longer available then a store credit would be a great next option!

HOLY AMEN! Honestly I was deterred from at least 10 purchases because of this stupid policy! Free return/exchange should be a no brainer for online shopping, especially on brands that you can't try on at an actual store and for products like shoes which always have tricky sizing system. Please implement this!!!

It's should allow for return or refund on all items including final sales.
Department stores allowed for a refund or exchange on sale, clearance items as long as you got a receipts. -

I was able to exchange a non return item for another size although I had to hope the size I wanted was still available when my oversized item was returned. Luckily it was but the smaller item was still extremely oversized & I'll have to get the sewing machine out now. This particular brand should've had a warning of just how large the items were.

I think you might be missing the point of 'no return'.
