   HOLY AMEN! Honestly I was deterred from at least 10 purchases because of this stupid policy! Free return/exchange should be a no brainer for online shopping, especially on brands that you can't try on at an actual store and for products like shoes which always have tricky sizing system. Please implement this!!!
