5. Offer more clothing lines for older ladies. More petite clothes especially for jeans. Personal stylish service.

   More clothing line for older ladies. Eg : my mom is over 50 and couldn’t really find much. Also more petite clothings especially jeans. It would be great if they can help in personal stylish. As mom hates shopping and it’s very hard to find the clothes especially she’s short 150cm and size 12. So, it’s not always standard size. Mom will be a loyal customer for sure if she has those services.

10. Allow me to use my missed Birthday voucher for a discount, the next time I purchase something, rather than giving me a date to use it by. :(

    Oh no, I just finished typing a small essay; okay, I'll try to describe what I just wrote in the survey, and make it shorter: I missed out (I didn't see it on the site) on my Birthday voucher, and only became aware it AFTER I purchased two items from TheIconic. I was offered a code for a same discount, but I was given roughly about two weeks to use the code and after having spent more than $100 on those two items (and JUST before Christmas), there is no way I can afford to buy again, by January the 9th. My suggestion is, when this happens, to allow the customer to use the code for the discount, on their next purchase, and, if there must be a time limit, to please give the buyer at least a bit more time to use, than just two weeks.
    For the Birthday Voucher (which showed up on the site but I didn't realise that's what it was till after I purchased, therefore couldn't use the code/voucher anymore), my suggestion is, for TheIconic to send a reminder "Birthday discount voucher" email to the customer, like other companies do. That way, one can "flag" the email, making sure the voucher is used. Thank you! :)

    With the buying history The ICONIC would know which sizes sellout 1st. Have these stocked when on sale. The product will sell, you cant sell whats not there.

14. LESS PACKAGING

    Please use less packaging, clothes don’t need to be individually wrapped unless it’s a very delicate item like pure silk. Which in that circumstance use something recyclable or reusable like the customer could use for wrapping paper or something. Such a waste of recourses. Lots of online boutiques at least have the option to select minimal packaging

    12-14 sizes are frequently sold out so must be popular need to have these sizes modelled more and a early alert to check app users size so you don't scroll to find something you love but not in your size
