have models in all the stocked sizes shown
A model for each size so you can see how it fits them. I know it says model wears 6, or 8 ect BUT some products sizing is so far off - would be easier to relate to a body shape / image

Bring back the times in the tracking items boxes next to returned or shipped items so the customer can see,if it's on the way / processed
Why did you remove the days / hours/ times in the coloured boxes next to ordered/returned items ? For tracking purposes,regarding couriers / postal services, I find they do not always scan the items exacttly to tracking number on some occasions, etc,so when I used to log onto my order history ,I loved clicking onto the coloured orange,blue , green coloured boxes next to item to see how it's progressing ,why did the iconic get rid of this ?? Bring it back please

Make a customised newsletter for me that was based on my own choice (not just 'recommended')
Newsletter's I receive are nothing I am interested in. I would just like a newsletter as soon as some limited edition Adidas stuff arrives in stock etc.

If you switch on Wishlist reminders we’ll let you know when an item in your Wishlist goes on sale, is low in stock or comes back in stock.
We are also investigating other types of personalised emails so watch this space.

Include 'curvy' fashion in your email "must have" I think the world has progressed enough that 16+ can be showcased
How about models showcasing your 'curvy' clothing. Move with the times and you could also think about using mature age models too - go ahead - think differently and set the trend!

Smaller sizes needed.
Stocking smaller sizes for shoes and especially garments. XXS is needed from labels like cameo and keepsake the label etc as their sizing is usually big.

PBT really letting you down. My order been on their delivery truck for 3 days!!! Called them and they just said they will let their driver know to deliver today. This shouldn't need to happen

instruct the model to show the inside lining of jacket
some jackets have no additional lining(layer) inside and this is particularly what I don't prefer if the jacket is made of denim type/rigid cotton and if I wear knit underneath, as it has a rough texture and will cause pilling or bobbles on garments. If this was shown on display, it would be easier for us to make decision.
