instruct the model to show the inside lining of jacket
some jackets have no additional lining(layer) inside and this is particularly what I don't prefer if the jacket is made of denim type/rigid cotton and if I wear knit underneath, as it has a rough texture and will cause pilling or bobbles on garments. If this was shown on display, it would be easier for us to make decision.

same thing for other clothing items such as jumpers, hoodies, tracksuit pants, I want to be able to see the inside layer because a lot of the items will say 100% cotton but they actually are fleece or have a double layer which can make you sweaty and that's one of the things that stops me from purchasing.
