I have received two $25 vouchers and when I tried to apply each one I was informed they were not valid. This has caused a loss of credibility re: The Iconic. Just not good enough. Also, can you improve the designs and quality of women's clothing? I find the Chinese stuff so boring and trashy.

Have different shaped women showing the clothes
Use different sizes and body shapes to model the clothing, with a short video of the model/s walk-in or moving to show how the clothing sits when worn.

stop selling cheap made in China rubbish clothes that are going straight to landfill.

Categorise mens underwear properly. There is no category for men's thongs or jock-straps
There currently is no category for mens thongs/g-strings or jockstraps they fall under briefs or no category at all. Makes it really hard to navigate and find these items. Would be great if you created 2 new categories for mens thongs/g-strings and jock straps especially with all the new products that are coming out.

Rather than having to click on an item to show what sizes are available, make this visible underneath each item. This will enable people to scroll through items a lot faster.

Express shipping again, as that was the reason i shop on this website.
Express shipping was the reason that I used to order from iconic, but now it takes 3 working days to arrive.
I would buy more often if you would offer free Express shipping.

Price per Wears: An estimate of how many wears you'll get out of each product.
When deciding on whether to buy a higher priced product or a cheap version, it would be helpful to see an estimate of how many wears you'll get out of it. This would also help reduce conflict at home when your loved one realises how much you paid for that gorgeous (but to some eye unremarkable) single source organic cotton t-shirt.

Please stop repeating items in a search
I truly believe you will sell more items if you didn't repeat items in the search. There is sooooo much to go through and we just need to see what is genuinely there. Especially when I've clicked a link to view new items into store, I shouldn't see items that I've seen before. I don't have time to sit through over 1000 items.

I could be matched with an influencer with the same measurements than me. That would help me pick the right item more easily and would be a great engagement opportunity

Stop sending me back to the home page when I leave the app and jump back in!
It drives me crazy that I’ll be deep in the Iconic app, say scrolling through new arrivals etc, then briefly minimise the app to check a message and when I re open the iconic app I’m back at the home page and lost my place! This function is so annoying, I just want to pick up where I left off without having to re scroll through all the clothes I’ve just seen.

Have a filter for padded bikini tops
For some of us, we have small ***** and to find padded bikinis can be tricky as we have to click in to each bikini and read the details section to find out if it’s padded or not. Having a filter for this will save a lot of time

Offer a mobile alterations service... Sometimes a quick adjustment would be great.
Necklines, lengths and widths are not easy to judge unril you try something on.
Returns and remote alterations are tricky too.
