Coming Soon Product Alerts for VIP Members
Sometimes I'll see an item on another website and hope it's coming to The Iconic. Only to keep checking and checking. I asked via Live Chat if they could let me know if an item was coming. They just said to keep checking the website. In some cases I've just given up and gotten that item from someone else and sometimes found you've stocked it days or weeks later! If you had given me a heads up I would have been patient and bought through you out of loyalty to your commitment to sustainability and offering great sales

Create a meta-conic portal
Online shopping/social media platform with universal access to chat and trade…. A personalised shopping experience where it’s possible to meet people online who share the same trends, to post photos or simply share information relevant to sizing and functionality. The iconic Could also host online events to help users find their look or AI that allows you to try items on virtually.

Change shipping
Change shipping and distribution companies. I don't know what has happened in the last few years, but looking at the reviews online its not just me that has noticed how slow The Iconic is now... Shipping to NZ takes near 2 weeks, it's more of a suprise when items turn up.

Have proper size charts for various brands
Proper size charts for different brands would benefit the company as well by reducing the need for returns for incorrect sizes and make the shopping experience even better by getting the right size the first time round.

Sell Sunbody Hats! They're made in America but they have high demand in Australia! The most popular styles are the Reata 3, the Alex and the Boxtop. Very breathable hats for work outside... all country people love them
