Lock items in the cart for a limited time (1 hour for example) before checking out.
You should allow locking items you have chosen in your cart for a minimum time of 30 mins because if not it means that if I chose an item and there is just one size left I will have to check out straight away because if not I will very likely lose my item! (It happened with me yesterday).

Washing instructions
It would be great to receive more product detail on the type of material and its related washing instructions. I look for products that do not require dry cleaning as overall it is inconvenient and significantly increases the cost per wear of that item.

Consolidate gender options on user accounts
My profile was already set to Male, however the communications I received always led me to Women's sales or were marketing female items. It wasn't until I dived into my Communication Preferences that I found there was another setting for Gender. Hopefully now that I've set it I will receive relevant gender comms. Either way that Gender field should be consolidated

Include an option to refine the search on trouser lengths
I am tall and many of the trousers/jeans are too short for me as I need a minimum of 80cm. It would be great to have the option to refine my search instead of having to trawl through and look at the measurements in each description.

Provide options for women under 160cm in height. Particularly showing shorter models so we can see how the clothes look on a shorter stature.

Go back to DHL for NZ orders.
PBT really letting you down. My order been on their delivery truck for 3 days!!! Called them and they just said they will let their driver know to deliver today. This shouldn't need to happen
