  3. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

  6. have a video of the model walking in each item so you can see how it moves an fits properly. like they have on every item on Asos.

  8. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!

    It would be helpful to know both the size and height of the model + the size of the garment she is wearing. It's useless to just have the size of the garment (or the other way around) as the model possibly is several sizes different than the size she is modelling.
