  2. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

    Definitely agree! Lots of "eco" brands already do this, so it's definitely possible.

  5. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!
