    An ‘Iconic Insider’ is a VIP system that works through points. Every dollar spent you earn a point. Once reached certain amount of points you can cash you points in, either a voucher that has a $ value or for a % off.

    Have different levels as well e.g white, black, silver and gold or entry level, platinum etc. The higher the level the more $ or % you’re entitled to.

    A few times a year (e.g. every quarter of the year) have a “feeling generous” moment and have gifts for ‘insiders’. Each level will have a different gift!

    This is a good way to give continuous spending customers great rewards and is incentive for customers to keep shopping.

    A VIP system that has no monetary benefits seems to fail. I’ve worked for numerous retailers and these systems work the best!!

  9. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

  10. Have more models wearing jewellery, it's so hard to visualise the size, length of an item if it's not on a body.
