  1. Stock all of the sizes brands offer, alot of shoe brands offer size 11 (42) but they are not offered. E.g the shoe brand EOS has size 42

  7. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.
